Egads! Moving again?!

So here is my dilemma. I want to move. I have done the studio thing and it has been cool and all, but I'd like my square footage back. And a real bed. F*** this futon nonsense. The dilemma is do I stay with my current management company which means I can just transfer my deposit which would mean less out-of-pocket expense, but also means I won't get very much more square footage. Or do I broaden my horizons and look in previous no-way places like Nordeast or St. Paul where Craigslist tells me I could get, like, 150 or more square feet for what I would pay to upgrade to a 1 bedroom in my current neighborhood. I have 2 weeks to give notice. Decisions, decisions.
